Instruction

• At the homepage, there is an option of choosing recently published titles or you can enter one of the main departments directly from the menu on the left.
• After having chosen a publication, you will put it into your shopping basket by clicking on the "Vložit do košíku" button, that is displayed next to the price. If you wish to buy more than one publication, you can carry on the way described. The number of pieces ordered can be changed by adjusting the displayed number of pieces and clicking on "Aktualizovat obsah košíku".
• If you wish to obtain detailed information, you can display further details about the book by clicking on it.
• After you'd chosen everything you wished to buy, enter the shopping basket by means of the icon in the upper toolbar and click on "Objednat zvolené zboží", which will take you to the counter.
• Before entering the counter, you will be asked to provide contact information that are necessary for processing your order.
• In case all the information is correct, click on the "Pokračovat v objednávce" button. An overview of your order will be displayed and you will be asked to chose a means of payment. In case you wish to change the content of the shopping basket, you can do it at this point. You also can add a personal note to the order.
• By clicking "Objednat zvolené zboží", you carry out a firm order of the goods that you chose and you agree with the total price and the terms of trade of Radioservis a.s.
• If you wish to pay by a credit card, you will be asked to determine the card type. Then you will be redirected to the processing center of our bank and will be asked to enter details about your card: number of the credit card, expiry date and CVV2/CVC2 - the last three digits on that have been printed on the signature strip of your card. This information is entered directly to the payment circumference of our bank that will subsequently ensure insolubly encoded data transfer and we will only be informed about the result of the authorization. In case it is positive, we will process your order immediately. In this way, there is no way your credit card can be misused. You will be informed about the results of the transaction by email.
